PAYMENT:
Payments are handled securely through PayPal or Stripe via Thrive Cart.
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service by first class or priority mail to ensure you receive your item/items promptly. I will notify you the same day that I ship your item/items. Orders will typically be shipped out within 3-5 business days, after payment has been confirmed, to the address provided to me by PayPal or Stripe.
INSURANCE:
Each item $50.00 and over will have coverage for shipping merchandise insurance at NO cost to you.
REFUNDS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please message me within 3-5 days of receipt of purchase requesting a refund. The item must be returned promptly in its original unused condition for a refund, minus shipping, to be issued once the item is received by Cotton Pickin’ Treasures.
Buyer will pay for the return shipping on all items and must be insured if item price was $50.00 or over, by the buyer.
